We take great pride in producing high-quality sauces. Due to the nature of our products, and for food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns once an order has been dispatched.
Please read the policy below before placing an order.
1. Non-Returnable Goods (Food Products)
All products sold by Dinner’s Ready Sauce are perishable food items. For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges, even if the product is unopened.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
2. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, please email us using the contact form on the website within 48 hours of delivery at:
Include the following:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the product and packaging
Once verified, we will offer one of the following:
- A replacement, or
- A refund for the affected item(s)
3. Missing Items
If something is missing from your order, contact us within 48 hours and we will replace or refund the missing item.
4. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched.
Once shipped, we cannot cancel the order due to the perishable nature of the goods.
5. Refund Method
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank.
